Need to relax, restore and stretch out? Learn techniques to release tension in the deep tissues of the body and settle the mind during this Sunday session of slow yin yoga followed by a guided meditation. Blankets, blocks, and mats are provided. No experience (or flexibility) required! Booking is necessary as spaces are limited.
