The Retreat:

Our Pure Wellness Eaglehawk Neck Retreat is the deluxe weekend getaway you need and deserve, only 1 hour from Hobart.

The retreat is held at a designer beach house located right on the beach overlooking the surf. The retreat starts at 5 pm on Friday with a gourmet dinner prepared by our in-house chef (if you arrive later, we will keep dinner warm for you) and a welcome discussion . We end the evening with a meditation (no experience required). Saturday morning after breakfast we have a warming yoga practice with another guided meditation and then a delicious gourmet lunch that will nourish you without making you feel sluggish. Lunch is followed by free time where you might go for a beach walk, take an invigorating cold water plunge, soak in the hot tub or relax with a book by the fire. In the afternoon we have a relaxation (Yin) yoga class before breaking for a well-deserved, 5 star dinner. After dinner we have some stimulating discussions around mindfulness and personal growth.

Sunday morning starts with the all time favourite sunrise meditation on the beach, listening to the crashing waves and soaking up the first rays of sun. After meditation we have a flowing yoga practice to awaken and invigorate body and mind. The retreat finishes at 10 am after a delicious hot breakfast. Rooms are queen or triple share and are very comfortable and warm. All of the yoga and meditation are beginner friendly and completely optional.

Through a carefully designed program of yoga, breathing, meditation and personal development work, you will be guided inwards to create and discover what is possible in your life, physically, mentally and emotionally.
