Breathwork
Your nose is doing more than you think
Breathe through your nose and your body produces around four times more nitric oxide than breathing through your mouth. You don't need to remember the chemistry — just that the way you breathe is quietly shaping how you feel, all day long. We'll show you how to use it on purpose.

Where you'll find it
Woven through everything
Breathwork isn't a separate thing you have to schedule — it's built into how we practise.
In class
Every yoga class starts and ends with the breath — it's the thread that ties the practice together.
On retreat
Longer, guided sessions where there's time to really drop in — mornings that reset the whole day.
On your own
The whole point is that you leave with something you can use anywhere — in the car, before a meeting, at 3am.
Learn to breathe on purpose.
Come to a class, join us on retreat, or ask about a session — we'll show you where to start.
